Midyear Staff Reflection Workshop 2022

FNN conducted two-day midyear staff reflection workshop on 1 and 2 July 2022 at FNN Office-Phnom Penh. The Management Team, Financial Team, Project Coordinator, and Project Officers participated in this workshop. The workshop aims at following up the FNN’s performance over the period of six months and introduce applicable interventions for improving the management practice. We discussed 1) the progress of the project implementation such as Asia-Pacific Farmer Program (APFP), Livelihood Enhancement and Association of the Poor (LEAP) Development of Community Institutions of the Poor (DCIP), Accelerating Inclusive Markets for Smallholders (AIMS) Project: Social Mobilizer (SM) and Value Chain and Investment Specialist (VCIS), Accelerating Value Chains for Agricultural Cooperatives in Cambodia (AVACOOP), Responsible Agricultural Investment (RAI): Improving the Participation of the Youth in Agriculture, Farmer Organization for Asia (FO4A), FAIR4ALL Inclusive Agriculture Value Chains, ILC-NES, Rural Employment for COVID-19 Economic Recovery (RECOVER), Social Protection Communication, and Short Projects ( MRLG, We are watching, GAFSP, UNDROP, ILC/NES (CBI7, CBI2), Food Summit System); 2) financial management; and 3) staff capacity development and staff concern. For this midyear, each project achieved 50% in average compared with the annual targets. The project staff have been committed to achieve the annual targets with positive impacts.
